Conceptualize a dynamic and adaptable wall graphics solution that serves a dual purpose: first, to provide meaningful and up-to-date information to visitors, clients, and employees; and second, to allow for effortless updates in response to company changes without incurring significant redesign costs or efforts.


Solution:

DHL Parcel UK, understanding the importance of a vibrant and informative environment, sought to revamp their lobby and other strategic areas within their premises with fresh wall graphics. These graphics not only aimed to foster a sense of brand identity but also intended to keep all stakeholders informed about the company's latest updates and its workforce.

To address this multifaceted need, we proposed a modular square design approach. Each square acts as a standalone piece of information, be it about the company's achievements, employee milestones, or other relevant updates. The genius behind this design lies in its adaptability: as information changes or becomes outdated, there's no need to overhaul the entire setup. Instead, the specific square can be replaced seamlessly. This not only ensures cost-effectiveness and flexibility but also promotes sustainability by reducing waste. The squares, designed to fit snugly onto pre-installed wall brackets, can be interchanged with minimal effort, making this solution both aesthetic and functional. By adopting this approach, DHL Parcel UK can maintain an ever-evolving informational space that aligns with their commitment to transparency and engagement.
